Territory Update

 

Happy New Year! As we usher in 2021, I am excited for the new opportunities and for the strength in our relationship. Working together – through collaboration, teamwork and commitment to shared goals – we can achieve strong results. We closed 2020 with solid numbers, which is no small matter given the circumstances of last year. I am confident we can accomplish great things this year, and I look forward to partnering with you as we aim for our goals.

 

A few areas where I think we have gained momentum and where we can continue to build in 2021 include:

  • New Nonprofit Enhanced Forms – This enhancement (currently approved in OR and CA, pending for WA) proved favorable as we closed 2020. Let’s continue to build on this as a key advantage of GuideOne in the months ahead! 
  • Improved Coverage and Systems Offerings – The launch of PolicyCenter and BillingCenter provide streamlined servicing, which makes processing for new customers and existing policyholders easy and convenient.
  • Masters / GAP Programs Success Continues – GuideOne’s offerings allow you to insure religious organization headquarters and affiliated institutions under a collective program (one policy with certificates issued to each church). Let’s keep building on the momentum!
  • Large Multi-state Workers’ Compensation – Our great service offering includes customized claim dashboard reports, online access to adjuster notes and individualized client loss control service plans. Insureds also have access to value-added resources through our GuideVantage program.
