March has arrived, and spring is just around the corner. While I’m excited for the nicer weather and surplus of outdoor activities that lie ahead, I’m equally excited to leave the severe winter weather season behind. The past few weeks of winter weather have wreaked significant havoc on various parts of the country, as we all know. To that end, I hope you and your families are safe and that things are coming together with the post-storm recovery efforts for those affected.
Here are a few items I’d like to highlight and/or remind you about:
The Nonprofit & Human Services niche continues to generate new business from the community-based organizations and education risks in the territory.
Also related to NPHS business, opportunities are filling the pipeline for July 1, 2021, which underscores the benefits of our expanded Professional form.
Effective February 1, 2021 safechurch.com migrated to www.guideone.com/safechurch, simplifying the search process for all safety resources with the goal of creating a “one-stop shop” for policyholders and a streamlined user experience.
Minimum deductible requirements are changing effective May 1, 2021. GuideOne will be requiring the following minimum deductibles based on TIV:
$2,500 for TIV under $5M
$5,000 for TIV between $5M-$10M
$10,000 for TIV greater than $10M
Change in coverage notices will be sent automatically to insureds upon policy renewal.
Let me know if there is anything I can help you with. Meanwhile, I hope your month is off to a great start!
