Thanksgiving is a great time of the year, and there is no better time than now to express how grateful I am for our association.

It is partners like you who make my job rich with gratitude. The opportunity to represent GuideOne and work with you during these tough times is so appreciated. We understand that you have a lot of carriers to choose from, and we thank you for your partnership with GuideOne!

As we approach the end of the year and work on 1/1 renewals, I’d like to remind you of a few valuable tools and resources that can help you find specialized solutions for your clients:

• GuideVantage is a suite of value-added services offered to GuideOne policyholders. These GuideVantage vendors allow us to provide more than just insurance, helping our policyholders better protect their missions. You can download or order marketing materials for each GuideVantage service on MarKit by selecting Product Materials > Value-Added Services.
• Your underwriters are ready to cultivate opportunities with you and answer any questions you may have. Our territory has a team of experienced, specialized underwriters, and we can work together to find the right solutions for your clients.
• GuideLink is a hub of resources, directories, forms and more, designed to help our distribution partners write business with us. In fact, all of the previously mentioned resources are available for you to view or download on GuideLink. If you have not already signed in and explored the assets available to you, I encourage you to do so! Winter Policyholder Communication Mailing Soon

Later this month, a seasonal communication will be sent to all GuideOne policyholders to their physical address. This winter-themed flyer includes tips and resources to help reduce risks that commonly occur during the colder months, as well as information about our GuideVantage® Program. 

Please note: Our new billing service, BillingCenter, will launch in select states* for new accounts beginning December 7, 2020, and at renewal for existing accounts. Policyholders moving to BillingCenter will receive a version of this seasonal flyer that contains a note from you about their transition, which you can preview below. ​

*BillingCenter is currently not available for Commercial Package Policies in AK, DE, FL, HI, ID, ME, MT, NH, NM, NV, NY, RI, UT, VT, WA, WV, WY. Policyholders in these states will receive a flyer that does not contain information about BillingCenter.
