Minimum Deductible Update

Beginning May 1, 2021, minimum property deductibles will be adjusted based on total insurable value (TIV) per location. See the resource below for general guidelines on how various policies and coverages will be affected by the change. Please reach out to your underwriter if you have any questions.

Change to BillingCenter Installment Fees

We will now charge one flat installment fee per invoice for policyholders on the BillingCenter system who have not set up automatic recurring payments and use one of the following payment plans: monthly 10-installment; quarterly; or semi-annual. The nationwide installment fee is $8, but there are several state exceptions. State-specific fee tables can be viewed on GuideLink.

SafeChurch Resources Have a New Home

All SafeChurch resources ­— including videos and fact sheets — can now be found on GuideOne.com. A SafeChurch login is no longer needed to access our custom-developed risk management resources, and policyholders can view their Risk Management Credit in their My Account portal.
