As part of our effort to be easy to do business with, GuideOne is implementing new digital premium payment capabilities through BillingCenter, which is launching on Monday, Dec. 7, 2020 for new business and at renewal for existing business.*
Using BillingCenter for inbound and outbound payments processing, our policyholders will be able to quickly send and receive payments with ease and confidence.
We are excited to offer expanded capabilities and efficiencies to our policyholders. Read on to learn more about BillingCenter, as well as how and when policyholders will have access.
Key Details on BillingCenter
With enhanced user options and flexibility, you and your customers will have access to additional billing and payment options with BillingCenter.
Policyholders can register for My Account on www.GuideOne.com/MyAccount to make payments, enroll in auto pay, check payment history and view their upcoming payment schedule. New users can follow these simple steps to set up their online account:
All GuideOne policyholders will soon receive a seasonal communication in their mailbox (at their physical address). This winter-themed flyer includes tips and resources to help reduce risks that commonly occur during the colder months.
Please note: Policyholders moving to BillingCenter will receive a version of this seasonal flyer that contains a note from you about their transition, which you can preview below.
*BillingCenter will be available for new accounts on Dec. 7, 2020, and for existing accounts at renewal. Since BillingCenter is currently NOT available for Commercial Package Policies, Umbrella Policies and Business Auto Policies in AK, DE, FL, HI, ID, ME, MT, NV, NH, NM, NY, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA, WV and WY, these new billing and payment options are not available for these policies in these states.
